To participate in the Luke Bryan Suite Tickets on-air contest, listeners must call the designated studio phone line at (713) 881-5500 when prompted by the on-air hosts, Frito & Katy (“Station Hosts”) weekdays from Monday, March 2, 2026, to Friday, March 6, 2026 between 6:00 AM CT and 10:00 AM CT. The Station Hosts will then select two (2) designated callers (“Contestant”) per day in accordance with on-air instructions. The Station and Station Hosts are not responsible for any delays, call or signal failures, or technical difficulties including but not limited to dropped calls, audio issues, or other device malfunctions that may prevent or hinder full participation. Upon selection, the designated caller (“Contestant”) will participate in the game listed below. The specific Game to be played will be determined at random and/or at the sole and exclusive discretion of the Station Hosts. The method of randomization and selection may vary by contest execution and shall not be subject to appeal or dispute by any participant. In some instances, the designated caller may be awarded a prize or tickets simply for being the designated caller, without the need to play the Game. Whether the Contestant will be required to play the Game will be determined at the sole discretion of the Station Hosts and/or the Station’s authorized representatives. The rules, structure, and method of winning for the Game are unique to that Game and will be announced on-air at the time of play or otherwise made available by the Station. The decision of the Station Hosts and/or Station management with respect to any aspect of Game play, winner determination, or prize award shall be final, binding, and not subject to further review. All Contestants acknowledge and agree that participation in the Contest, including Game selection and outcome, is contingent on factors determined by chance, random selection, and/or host discretion, and that no Contestant shall have any claim relating to the method of selection, odds of winning, or distribution of prizes.

Shake It For Me

PLAYERS: 1+

1. How to Play: Upon selection, the Contestant will participate in one (1) round of the contest titled “Shake It For Me” (the “Contest”) as follows:

a. The Station Hosts, Frito & Katy, will present an audio recording of a distinctive sound (the “Secret Sound”) created by shaking a specific physical item selected by the Station.

b. The Secret Sound may be played on-air at various times as determined solely by the Station.

c. When solicited by the Station, callers will have the opportunity to be selected to identify the item producing the Secret Sound.

d. Upon being selected and confirmed eligible, the Contestant must verbally identify the exact item that produces the Secret Sound.

e. The Contestant must identify the item with reasonable specificity and accuracy, unless otherwise stated by Frito & Katy at the time of play.

f. The Station Hosts shall determine, in their sole discretion:

 Whether the Contestant’s answer matches the item that produced the Secret Sound;

 Whether the level of specificity provided is sufficient;

 Whether alternate phrasing or minor descriptive variations constitute a correct answer.

g. If a Contestant provides additional qualifiers or descriptions beyond the correct answer that materially alter the meaning or identify a different item, the answer may be deemed incorrect at the sole discretion of the Station Hosts.

 h. The Station reserves the right to provide hints at any time and in a manner determined solely by the Station Hosts.

2. Determining a Winner:

There will only be one (1) featured Secret Sound per game. To be declared the winner, a Contestant must correctly identify the specific item producing the Secret Sound, as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the Station Hosts. If the Contestant fails to provide a correct answer as to the origin of the Secret Sound, the Contestant will be disqualified. The Station Hosts will select a new Contestant to continue the game in accordance with the rules outlined above. This process will repeat until a winner is determined. The Secret Sound item will not be changed until a winner is declared, unless the Station determines, in its sole discretion, that circumstances require modification, substitution, or discontinuation of the Contest. All decisions by the Station Hosts and Station management regarding gameplay, acceptable answers, eligibility, and winner determination are final and not subject to appeal.

The winner of of the Shake It For Me game will, upon verification of eligibility and compliance with contest rules, receive two (2) suite tickets to Luke Bryan at Rodeo Houston on March 9, 2026 at NRG Stadium. The approximate retail value of each prize is $300. A total of ten (10) winners will be chosen during this contest. Suite tickets are courtesy of Audacy Houston. Redeeming and using the prize(s) in this contest requires for the winner(s)(i) to complete the standard station paperwork by providing all required information, including at a minimum first name, last name, date of birth, state of residence, and a valid email address; (ii) TO PICK UP THE WRISTBANDS AT AT AUDACY HOUSTON LOCATED AT 24 E GREENWAY SUITE 1900, HOUSTON TX 77046 NO LATER THAN FEBRUARY 24, 2026. WRISTBANDS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AT WILL CALL. TICKETS NOT PICKED UP BY FEBRUARY 24, 2026 WILL BE FORFEITED AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED FOR A LATER DATE (these are physical wristbands). The winner(s) and any guest(s), if applicable, must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) the Station, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use, and redemption of the prize. Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and no replacement or alternate prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders. The Station and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, and/or for reimbursing any winner(s) with any form of compensation for, any prize(s) or portion(s) thereof forfeited due to the refusal of the winner(s) and/or their guest(s) to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements and/the cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate prize(s) be provided.
