Dodgers organist Dieter Ruehle's has long been one of the sport's most creative house musicians, but his expansive repertoire seems to be catching the ears of a new legion of baseball fans during the MLB playoffs.
Many fans took to social media throughout Games 1 and 2 of the Padres-Dodgers NLDS to note the seemingly random and whimsical array of tunes blasting over the ballpark's speakers.
Hip-hop fans relished Ruehle's apparently surprising choice of the brassy Outkast deep cut "SpottieOttieDopaliscious," a number he's performed previously.

Elsewhere, fans of the TV cult favorite "Twin Peaks" were surprised to hear the show's theme song on Wednesday at a rather critical juncture in the home half of the seventh inning, with two out and the bases loaded.
In Game 1, Ruehle earned plaudits for channeling Andrea Bocelli's "Con Te Partiro," an iconic song that took on a new meaning for Will Farrell fans when the comedian's character performed it during one of the final scenes of "Step Brothers."
Overall, the display had many users singing Ruehle's praises.
