DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - The Dallas Cowboys mutually parted ways with offensive coordinator Kellen Moore on Sunday afternoon. And it didn't take long for him to find a landing spot.
According to reports on Monday morning, Moore has been named as the new offensive coordinator for the Los Angeles Chargers.
The Chargers recently moved on from former coordinator, Joe Lombardi.
Moore will now have the opportunity to work with elite offensive weapons, including Austin Ekeler, Mike Williams, and Keenan Allen.

Not to mention one of the NFL's top quarterbacks, 24-year-old Justin Herbert.
Under Moore, the Cowboys were one of the top offensive units in terms of production in the entire NFL, finishing 2022 with the NFL's No. 11 total offense and No. 4 scoring offense, despite Prescott missing multiple games.
In 2021, with Prescott playing a full season, the Cowboys finished the year with the NFL's No. 1 scoring offense, averaging 31.2 points per game, as well as the NFL's No. 1 total offense, averaging 407 yards per outing.
Now he will attempt to replicate that success with the Chargers arguably superior tools to work with.
The Cowboys and the Chargers are set to face off in the 2023 season.
