(670 The Score) Reliever Evan Marshall and the White Sox have agreed on a one-year, $2-million deal for 2021, the team announced Thursday, avoiding arbitration.
Marshall, 30, has been a key member of the White Sox’s bullpen for the past two seasons, posting a 2.45 ERA in that time. That included a strong 2020 campaign, when he had a 2.38 ERA in 23 appearances.
Ace Lucas Giolito and right-hander Reynaldo Lopez are the remaining two White Sox players who are arbitration-eligible.
