Liz's Kitchen: Jill's Chicken Casserole recipe

I LOVE a good casserole! It's everything you love on your plate in one bite, and that's why finding the right recipe is important - you don't want to mess up that one bite! Jill's Chicken Casserole recipe covers all of that and more. Creamy with a crunchy top, this recipe will keep your belly filled and smiling as we head towards colder weather!

Ingredients
5.3 oz plain Greek Yogurt
2 cans Cream of Chicken
1/2 packet of Ranch Seasoning
1 cup Shredded Cheddar
1 can Green Beans
12 slices bacon, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1lb shredded chicken
2 cups rice, cooked
20 ritz crackers, crumbled

Instructions
Cook bacon and set aside on paper towel. Cook the onion in the bacon grease. Then, mix all the ingredients (except the crackers) in a large bowl and then pour into a 9x13 casserole dish. Crush Ritz crackers and evenly spread them onto the top of the casserole. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
