This week on Spotlight On Maryland, Gina Crash was joined in studio by Jonathon Rondeau, President & CEO of Fello, to talk about their mission and a big year for the organization, celebrating 65 years of empowering people and strengthening communities. In May 2025, they reintroduced the public with a new name but still the same mission to serve. Their commitment remains the same: to champion inclusion, opportunity and choice for people with disabilities in Maryland.

Their mission is to support people with disabilities to live the lives they chose by creating opportunities, promoting respect and equity, and fostering inclusion in their communities. Fello provides everything from affordable, inclusive housing to employment support, behavioral health and hundreds of daily services for people with disabilities.

Jonathon's tenure is characterized by a commitment to driving transformative change and growth at every level of Fello. Since joining the team in 2017, Fello has doubled in size with more than 600 employees providing over 5,000 services to people with disabilities throughout Maryland.
