This week on Spotlight On Maryland, Gina Crash spoke with Erin Long, Marketing Coordinator at the Humane Society of Harford County, (HSHC), about their 76th anniversary celebration happening all month long! Since February 5, 1927, the animal shelter has been uniting pets and people.
For 76 years, HSHC has offered homeless animals a safe and temporary refuge to receive care and support, (that's 15 in dog years!). They are inviting everyone to help them celebrate by making a symbolic $76 donation to their animals. They also have an extensive wish list on their website HarfordShelter.org that includes everything from pet food and supplies to cleaning and office supplies. They're also offering $76 off the adoption of any dog at the shelter throughout February!
You can find HSHC on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. Click below to listen to the interview and find out more.
