An arrest has been made following a fatal hit and run in the Upstate.
Police in Union announced the arrested Thursday that Marcus Robinson had been charged in connection to the hit and run on Arthur Boulevard. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Flock Cameras in Union County were used to track the suspect vehicle and led to Robinson's arrest.
