A child from Georgia has died after complications from surgery. Officials say 6 year old, Emersyn Bridgers also known as "Emmy" died last week after undergoing a tonsil surgery.
Officials in Bartow County about 40 miles Northwest of Atlanta announced the 6 year old's death, last week. She died just days before starting the 1st grade.
