Anderson County authorities say, a medical emergency resulted in a driver losing control of his vehicle and losing his life. The crash happened near Iva, just after 5PM Wednesday.
The driver identified as 85 year old, Larry Trumbull was driving on Trail Road near Highway 284, when he ran off the road, overturned several times and was ejected from the vehicle.
The Anderson County Coroner's Office says Trumbull was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
