An Upstate man is facing child sex crime charges. The South Carolina Attorney General's Office says 31 year old, Austin Jones of Greenville was arrested on Wednesday.
He's charged with four counts of 2nd degree sexual exploitation of a minor. An online tip led to the investigation which determined that Jones distributed files depicting child sexual abuse.
The case will be prosecuted by the State Attorney General's Office and Jones faces a potential max sentence of 10 years on each count.
