It's once again time to "Spring Forward".Daylight Saving Time starts this weekend. The change officialy takes place at 2AM, Sunday.
Clocks are then moved forward one hour. Daylight Savings Time will remain in effect until November 1st.
There's always debate on if the government should stop recognizing Daylight Savings Time? However, meanwhile the practice continues, so remember to set your clocks ahead this weekend.
