An Upstate Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help, as they investigate a cold case. The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office says 38 year old, Dustin Eubanks was last seen in June of 2022.
Officials say that's when he was dropped off at a business called "The Ranch" on Frye Road in the Fairmount Community of Spartanburg County. Eubanks was reportedly at the business to collect money that he was said to be owed.
He was never seen again, investigators believe that Eubanks is dead and that foul play was involved. Shortly after his disappearance a person of interest was identified, but after lack of witness cooperation the case went cold.
September is National Cold Case Month. The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office says it will be highlighting cases such as this one, throughout the month as they try to generate new leads and bring justice and closure to families that are grieving.
