Western North Carolina man is facing more than a dozen child sex crime charges. The Yancey County Sheriff's Office says 46 year old, Jerry Tindal of Burnsville is charged with 15 counts of 3rd degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
The arrest came after a cyber tip line report led investigators to look into Tindal's online activity. He's being held in Yancey County on a bond of $100,000 dollars.
