Two people in Western North Carolina have been arrested after they've been accused of fitting an old and negative stereotype about people living in the mountains.
The McDowell County Sheriff's Office says, 34 year old Tiffany Sydnor of Marion and her biological uncle 49 year old, Corey Terell Tate have been arrested for having an incestuous relationship.
The Sheriff's Office says a family member reported the relationship. Both Sydnor and Tate are charged with felony incest. The Sheriff's Office says both admitted to the accusations.
