Two low country children are dead and a woman has been arrested. The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office says, Deputies responded to a welfare check, Tuesday afternoon at a home in Ladson. Upon arrival, two children were found dead.
Investigators report that 31 year-old Justine May has been arrested on two counts of Homicide by Child Abuse. She has been denied bond for the time being and is in custody. May is due for her initial court appearance in November.
