How so?
Well…you just open the door and get in and it’s all lit up and ready to go.
No buttons to push or anything. Just shift into Drive and Go.
And “Go” you will, with 615 HP two-motor propulsion ready to take you to 60 in around 3.7 seconds…or tow a serious 5,000 lbs if you’d prefer.
And like a growing number of all-electric vehicles now do, you just walk up with the key fob and you sense that it’s happy to see you…with door handles deploying and the lights coming on.
Yes…Cadillac’s all-new ’26 Vistiq gives off a very user-friendly vibe.
It’s Cadillac’s newest fully-electric vehicle…a 3-row ultra-high-end ride that can seat six in heated and ventilated massaging luxury.
Luxury? Here’s something you probably didn’t expect: The Vistiq was just named Germany’s 2026 Luxury Car of the Year. That’s right. Germany’s Luxury Car of the Year. You can see that Cadillac came to play with the big boys when they designed their Vistiq….and the long list of content proves it.
Just look at their 7-seat, just-under-80K entry-level AWD Premium edition. You’ll have standard front-row leather heated, ventilated and massaging seats...heated second-row, a huge curved 33” screen, 126-color ambient lighting, 21” alloys, surround-vision, a 23-speaker AKG sound system, built-in Google, a panoramic sunroof, 5-G WiFi hot spot, not one, but two front-row charging pads, sport suspension, and GM’s “hands-free” Super Cruise.
Our just-over 91K “Premium Luxury” tester kicked it up a bit with Quilted leather, second row captains’ chairs, an air suspension, active rear steering that allows you to park more easily than its almost Tahoe-size length would indicate, open-pore wood trim, a suede headliner, heads-up display, night-vision, a 19.2KW faster-charging module, and 22” alloys…altho’ we had the $1,000 23” upgrade.
With transportation fees, we wound up with a sticker still under 95K…and a vehicle that almost seemed to have more comfort…more features…more capability…than the house I live in!
Oh…and speaking of houses, Cadillac’s Vistiq is capable of V2H “Vehicle-to-House” charging. You’ll need a little additional equipment, but look at it as “reverse charging”…where in a power outage, your Vestiq can actually charge your house…keeping the ol’ TV, fridge, heat and lights on.
Like I said. Under 95K with more features than the house I live in!
