The excitement is building for the third annual HBCU Swingman Classic presented by T-Mobile, set to take place Friday, July 11 at Truist Park during MLB All-Star Week. This year, V-103's own Big Tigger serves as host while DJ P'Nut serves as the official DJ for the event.

The Swingman Classic was created to spotlight the top 50 student-athletes from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and will be hosted in partnership with the MLB-MLBPA Youth Development Foundation. These athletes were carefully selected by a committee led by Hall of Famer Ken Griffey Jr., and represent HBCUs from across the country, including FAMU, Jackson State, Morehouse, North Carolina A&T, and more.

Former MLB stars and Atlanta Braves legends David Justice and Brian Jordan will serve as managers for the American and National League teams. Joining them will be an impressive coaching staff of HBCU alumni and former Major League players, including Michael Bourn, Dusty Baker, Ralph Garr Sr., and Ken Griffey Sr.

In addition to high-level competition, the Swingman Classic will be a full celebration of HBCU excellence and culture. Fans can expect pre-game festivities like Divine Nine recognitions, in-park DJs, and other vibrant tributes.

Tickets start at just $15 and are available now at AllStarGame.com/Swingman. All proceeds benefit the MLB-MLBPA Youth Development Foundation, supporting youth baseball and softball programs across the U.S. and internationally.

Catch the game LIVE on MLB Network at 7:00 PM ET and don't miss your chance to witness the future of baseball on one of its biggest stages.
