All since moving on from Trae Young, who they traded to the Washington Wizards ahead of the deadline.
And while the Hawks acquired CJ McCollum and Corey Kispert when they moved Young, they also acquired Jonathan Kumninga when they decided to move on from Kristaps Porzingis, sending the seven-footer to the Golden State Warriors in exchange for Kuminga and Buddy Hield.
“I know many of you are already tired of me saying this,” 92-9 The Game’s Carl Dukes said as he explained to cohost Mike Bell why he believes he is not seeing enough from Kuminga since joining the Hawks. “I just need Kuminga, Mike, to be a star,” Dukes said as he explained why he believes more production from Kuminga could be what helps the Hawks with postseason successCan Hawks get what they need from Jonathan Kuminga for a playoff push
