Thanksgiving dinner is hitting pockets hard this holiday season. In fact, according to a study by Lending Tree, the price of hosting Thanksgiving has increased 19% compared to last year. That amounts to hosting Thanksgiving costing $400 more than it did last year. Because of this, a number of retailers are offering some budget friendly Thanksgiving bundles. Check them out below!
Aldi
Aldi is offering a Thanksgiving basket that will feed 10 people for less than $47. The menu includes a turkey, gravy, rolls, mac and cheese, stuffing, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole and pumpkin pie. The pricing will depend on the location but will be valid through Nov. 27.
Walmart
Walmart is offering an "inflation-free Thanksgiving meal" which the company said comes out to less than $7 per person. Shoppers can choose to buy the meal for themselves or to gift it to anyone across the country or even the local Salvation Army unit, the company said.The items in the meal bundle include a turkey, Hawaiian rolls, corn, cranberry sauce, the makings for a green bean casserole, pecan pie, pumpkin pie, sweet potato casserole ingredients, stuffing ingredients and potatoes among other items.
Amazon
Amazon is offering a Thanksgiving meal at Whole Foods for four people, featuring all store-brand items, would cost about $9.73 a person or a total of $38.93 if the buyer is a Prime member.
Target
Target is offering a $20 Thanksgiving meal that feel 4 people. The meal includes A Good & Gather Turkey up to 10 pounds, Del Monte Cut Green Beans, Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup, Ocean Spray Jellied Cranberry Sauce, Heinz Home Style Roasted Turkey Gravy, Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Turkey, and Russet potatoes.
Sams Club
Sams Club is offering a fully cooked Thanksgiving meal that's ready to heat and serve in two hours "for less than $10 per person," The meal includes a whole Member's Mark hickory-smoked turkey, 24 Member's Mark yeast dinner rolls, a tray of macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, sweet potato mash, a cranberry crunch salad and a pumpkin pie.
Costco
Costco members can pre-order the Fortune Gourmet Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner, which serves eight for $179.99 online with a $50 manufacturer's coupon and ships frozen second-day air via FedEx.
The Costco Meal is pricier than most, but it comes with larger portions of each side dish and enough for leftovers, including two desserts plus a 5-pound all natural, Amish-farm-raised, skin-on, pre-brined and netted turkey breast that's ready to roast.
