Martin’s deal guarantees him $2.5 million and includes up to $750,000 in bonuses, Morosi reported.
Martin, 35, had a 3.95 ERA and 1.27 WHIP in 46 appearances for the World Series champion Braves in 2021. He performed at a high level in the pandemic-shortened 2020 season, posting a 1.00 ERA in 19 outings.
Martin has a career 4.06 ERA in six MLB seasons.
