Day one of Falcons’ Training Camp for Dukes & Bell was highlighted by a one-on-one interview with new CB Jeff Okudah. The guys discussed a variety of topics including his transition from Detroit to Atlanta to his relationship with A.J. Terrell. Another topic discussed was his leadership style and what he brings to a revamped secondary along with his new teammates.

“When I got here I just gelled with the group. Me and A.J. (Terrell) had a little bit of chemistry and then you have guys like Jessie (Bates) and (Mike) Hughes we played together last year. The minute I got here I fit in and we’ve been gelling,” Okudah explained.

The 24-year-old was a high school phenom who was taken 3rd overall by Detroit in 2020. Injuries have plagued his career thus far so a fresh start in Atlanta could be just what he needs.
