The Atlanta Braves bats have looked good from top to bottom during spring training. We have a pretty good indication of who will be in the top of the order with Ronald Acuña Jr., Ozzie Albies, Freddie Freeman, and Marcell Ozuna). But with guys like Austin Riley and Dansby Swanson showing out down in Grapefruit League action, the Braves have one concern left, and it's not a bad one to have.
The one big decision that looms as Opening Day is fast approaching: the lineup order.
"As much as we're not concerned about that top of the lineup, the only concern is who's hitting in what order," Andy Bunker of the Midday Show said.
"Those back-of-the-order guys have looked really good this spring as well. And if those guys are hitting the ball--like if you're talking about Riley and Dansby and d'Arnaud who's probably going to bat fifth--if those guys are hitting the ball, the Braves lineup's nasty."
Swanson is 3 for 8 with a couple of doubles, including a bases-clearing knock in the first inning of Monday’s win over the Red Sox during this spring training stint.
