The Hawks are in the midst of a home-and-home set with the Bulls and only have nine players available, as of now, when they head to Chicago on Tuesday afternoon.

Both Bogdanovic and Dieng played significant minutes in Monday night's game against the Bulls, and tested positive for Covid sometime following the game.

Should the NBA step in?

"This kills me to say it because I don't know if there's a logistical way to do it. This is just my opinion, but the NBA needs to shut down the Atlanta Hawks," Mike Conti said.

There are now only two players on Atlanta's original non-injured roster who have no entered protocols to date, Cam Reddish and Skylar Mays.

"The outbreak is completely out of control. You've had players go into protocols everyday."

The Hawks signed Justin Tillman to a 10-day contract on Tuesday.
