Michael Penix Jr. yet to be cleared for 11 on 11 team activities
On Tuesday, the Atlanta Falcons kicked off mandatory minicamp and as expected all players were in attendance, however for some, including Michael Penix Jr., who has yet to be cleared for 11 on 11 team activity, participation was limited.
“I know you guys want action and you want to see specifically how he [Michael Penix Jr.] is doing in this battle, locking horns with Tua [Tagovailoa] for the quarterback job, but you have to wait,” 92-9 The Game’s, Mike Bell said as he and cohost Carl Dukes reacted to Falcons head coach, Kevin Stefanski’s update on Penix. Jr.
“The expectation is that he’ll be cleared for 11 on 11 team sessions by training camp.
