Earlier today The Morning Shift let you hear their post-practice interview from yesterday with Atlanta Falcons EDGE and Outside Linebacker Jalon Walker, and the second year player out of Georgia told Mike, Ali, and Beau that he’ll be ready to play any role he's asked to play this season
“There’s not an unfamiliar role for me you know so I’m ready to embrace my new role going on to the season and you know just embrace my athletic ability.” Walker said
Despite dealing with some injuries last season Jalon Walker still showed plenty of great flashes and made some great plays solely playing the EDGE position, so now with an expanded role, being in the same defensive scheme, having the same Defensive Coordinator in Jeff Ulbrich, and getting a full offseason to recover from any injuries or ailments Jalon Walker is set up to have a breakout sophomore season.
