As NFL teams have gotten their organized team activities underway, the Atlanta Falcons are in the midst of transitioning into the Kevin Stefanski era, with returning and new players getting accustomed to their new head coach’s system.
And while the biggest question surround the Falcons has been who will eventually be their starting quarterback as Michael Penix Jr. and Tua Tagovailoa are expected to compete for the position, another important decision for new general manager, Ian Cunningham relates to Drake London getting a contract extension.
“There’s no reason not to get it done,” Senior Writer, Falcons for The Athletic, said as he joined 92-9 The Game’s Carl Dukes and Mike Bell and explained why he believes Cunningham is prioritizing getting a new deal in place for London.
“There’s no reason to let it linger.
