CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- A convoy of small buses, dubbed "Mitzvah Vehicles" drove into the Loop on Monday at noon, before spreading out over the city to bring Passover greetings from a school in Skokie.

What they're bringing to people in Chicago is Shmurah Matzah, which is watched to make sure it doesn't come into contact with water.  A high standard of kosher.

"They're careful. They keep it dry...And that's what keep it from rising," Rabbi Moscowitz said.

WBBM Newsradio: It would expand a little bit.  But yeast is what makes it rise.

"Yeast is the cheating way to make it rise. But without yeast, things still rise," he said.
