Authorities in Kane County are sharing new information about a chiropractor facing numerous child pornography related charges.
Those charges against 43-year-old David Hanson include producing, disseminating and possessing child pornography, as well as the unauthorized video recording of a minor through or under the clothes.
The Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office says since a tip line for potential victims of Hanson was created, they’ve received more than 1,500 calls and emails.
Investigations continue while Hanson remains behind bars ahead of a court date in January, but authorities now say they believe he acted alone, and that none of his family members of employees at Hanson Family Chiropractic in Batavia were aware of or involved in his alleged recording of patients.
