CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - Police are investigating the death of a man whose body was found Thursday night in the Chicago River where another body was recently recovered.
The body was removed from the North Branch of the river along the 1300 block of North Elston Avenue, according to police.
They’re calling him a John Doe. However, police provided an update, saying the man was 63-years-old.
There is no information about how the man ended up in the river or how long his body had been there.
What’s curious about this case is that the body was found in the same area where another body was found a little more than three weeks ago. Noah Enos had gone missing after going to a show at the Salt Shed concert venue nearby.
