For the Guitars & Stars Fall 2025 ticket stops: Salvatore's Pizza Pubs & Saloons on site contest, visit participating locations between 6:00-7:00pm (ET) on the following 2025 dates only:

Then, look for the Guitars & Stars Fall 2025 ticket stops: Salvatore's Pizza Pubs & Saloons display and obtain an official entry form (available while supplies last), legibly hand write your first name and last name, email address and telephone number (including area code) on an official entry form and place the completed entry form in the dedicated collection box (each an "Entrant"). All On-Site entries must be received by approximately ten (10) minutes before the scheduled end time of each event on 10/8, 10/15, 10/22, and 11/11/25 respectively. 

At approximately five (5) minutes before the scheduled end time on each event (10/8, 10/15, 10/22, and 11/11/25), up to two (2) Entrants will be randomly selected from among all the entries received at that event to receive the weekly prize (as described below), subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the Contest rules (the "Winner(s)").

Selected Entrant(s) must be present at the time of random drawing when name is called by Station to win. Station will announce name of randomly selected Entrant three (3) times. In the event Entrant is not present for any reason following the announcement of Entrant's name as described above, Entrant will not receive a prize and Station will select an alternate Entrant in its sole discretion via random drawing from among all remaining entries from that event. Selected alternate Entrant must be present at the time of random drawing when name is called by Station to win. Station will announce name of randomly selected alternate Entrant three (3) times. In the event alternate Entrant is not present for any reason, alternate Entrant will not receive a prize and Station will continue the random drawing in a similar manner until up to two (2) weekly Winners are determined or no entries remain. In the event that no remaining entries are available for a random drawing, there will be no Winner(s) for that week. One (1) prize per person per event permitted. Potential Winner(s) must present a valid NY State photo ID to Station staff on site to start the contest verification process. Station will reach out via email on the following business day to continue required contest paperwork. Station will email verified and confirmed Winner(s) with prize details.

Verified weekly Winner(s) will each receive: two (2) tickets to WBEE Guitars & Stars on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 7:30pm (ET) at the West Herr Auditorium Theatre located at 885 East Main Street, Rochester, NY 14605, valued at approximately $60 U.S. dollars, courtesy of Salvatore's Pizza Pubs & Saloons.

The winner(s) and any guest(s), if applicable, must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) the Station, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use, and redemption of the prize. Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and no replacement or alternate prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders.  The Station and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, and/or for reimbursing any winner(s) with any form of compensation for, any prize(s) or portion(s) thereof forfeited due to the refusal of the winner(s) and/or their guest(s) to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements and/the cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate prize(s) be provided.

There will be up to, but not more than, eight (8) winners in this Contest. Total value of all prizes in this Contest is approximately $480 U.S. dollars.
