Buffalo, NY (WBEN) A jury has found 22-year-old Juan Colon of Buffalo guilty of one count of Manslaughter in the First Degree.
On July 9, 2018, at approximately 6 p.m., Colon fatally shot 26-year-old Angel Marcial Jr. of Buffalo as he was driving on the I-190 North near the Niagara Street exit in the City of Buffalo.
Colon faces a maximum of 25 years in prison when he is sentenced by Erie County Court Judge Susan M. Eagan on April 16 at 9:30 a.m. He remains remanded without bail.
