Buffalo, NY (WBEN) - A new effort to get David Bellavia to run for Congress in launching this morning.
Republican political strategist Michael Caputo has set up the site DraftBellavia.com as a way to rally support for Bellavia should he choose to run for the seat currently held by Chris Collins in the NY-27 district.
"It's designed to gather names," Caputo told WBEN. "We're not raising money. If he decides to get in, we'll hand over the keys."
