Buffalo, NY (WBEN) Several Erie County lawmakers, including Barbara Miller-Williams, John Bruso, April Baskin and Timothy Meyers have introduced a local law, the Youth Health Promotion Act of 2019, that would prohibit the sale of tobacco and related e-cigarettes and vaping products to those younger than 21.
