Darien, NY (WBEN) Genesee County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested a Buffalo man after an incident of inappropriate touching at Six Flags Darien Lake.
"In the wave pool, we had a couple of minors who were touched in an inappropriate way by a man identified as Terrill Cunningham," says Chief Deputy Brian Frieday. "One of the girls alerted their parents who in turn contacted the lifeguards and security on site."
Frieday says incidents like this are sporadic at best. "They do a good job of keeping an eye on things and making things safe for patrons," says Frieday.
Cunningham is charged with sex abuse and forcible touching.
