Niagara Falls, NY (WBEN) Two proposals in Governor Cuomo's budget proposal deal with school bus safety. One area superintendent says he likes the ideas of stop-arm cameras on buses and the requirement of students to wear seatbelts.

Laurie says another concern is cost. "Cameras and seatbelts are going to be a cost to the school district or bus provider, and that has to be paid for somehow. I would like help to come from the state government," says Laurie.
