Buffalo, NY (WBEN) A Town of Tonawanda police officer and his wife have been indicted on charges stemming from a 2019 crash when he was off duty.
Howard Scholl is an officer with the Town of Tonawanda Police Department who was off-duty at the time of the crash.
Both are scheduled to return on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. for a pre-trial conference. They remain released on their own recognizance.
