Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Buffalo Police say a 17-year old male who was shot early Saturday morning on Briscoe Avenue has died. They say a 15-year old from West Seneca was also shot and taken to Oishei Children's Hospital where he was treated and released.
Police have identified the deceased as 17 year old Paul Humphrey of Buffalo, a student at Bishop Timon High School.
Officers from the Ferry-Fillmore District were called to the scene just before 1 in the morning to the first block of Briscoe.No further details at this time about what caused the shooting.
