BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN) - A President's Day poll released by Siena College Research Institute ranked all 44 presidents in the history of the United States based on 20 characteristics.

The poll, which surveyed the opinions of presidential historians and scholars and not the general public, found that George Washington was the best overall president.

"Of the 20 categories that we asked presidential historians about, (Trump) finishes only out of the last five in two categories: His ability to have luck and his ability to take risks," Levy explained.

William Harrison, who was only president for a month before he died of illness in 1841, is listed at No. 49.
