NORTH TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WBEN) - Area officials celebrated the grand opening of the River's Edge Apartments in North Tonawanda on Tuesday morning.
"When this site was the Tonawanda Iron Works in 1895 and President McKinley flipped the switch to turn it on, it transformed the city," Niagara County Legislator Richard Andres said. "Certainly, we're at another transformation point."
