Tonawanda, NY (WBEN) Unions around the country are voting on whether to ratify the deal between the UAW and GM.

Wheaton warns if the deal isn't ratified, the negotiating team may have some issues reching a new deal. "It hurts the UAW bargaining team if they have to go back to the table having failed to ratify the last agreement. The GM can say we trusted you to get this ratified. You promised you could do it and you couldn't get it ratified," says Wheaton. He adds those voting down in favor of a better deal may end up being worse for them.
