For the first time in a while, the average gas price eased in Western New York. According to the AAA, the current cost for a gallon of unleaded gas is $2.88, down a penny from last week's pump price.
Rigidized Metals Co. owner Rick Smith III and Generation Development Group LLC of Miami will present their $40 million plan for a portion of Silo City to the Buffalo Planning Board tomorrow. Business First reports the group will ask the city to rezone four parcels along Buffalo River Road.

Local artist Mickey Harmon designed a limited edition label for their signature vodka that honors the contributions of Stonewall activists Marsha P. Johnson and Sylvia Rivera, in addition to celebrating the diversity of the entire LGBTQ+ community. $4 from every bottle sold will be donated directly to the Pride Center of Western New York.
