The Buffalo Planning Board will check out a proposal from Ellicott Development for a $40 million building planned for 13 St. Paul Mall on the north side of the Buffalo Niagara Medical campus. According to Business First, that site would be anchored by a 105-room Elements by Marriott hotel. The Board next meets March 9th.
Buffalo-based IT company CTG is purchasing StarDust of Marseille, France for $4.85 million in cash. Business First reports the deal will expand its testing market and capabilities in the United States, Canada and Europe. CTG bought up Tech-IT in 2019 and Soft Company in 2018.
Tops Friendly Markets will be closing its Orchard Fresh store in Orchard Park. That move is expected to take effect April 4th. In a statement, Tops says catering, cake, and entertaining operations will continue until all orders are honored and filled.
The Radiologic Technology program at Niagara County Community College achieved a 93% pass rate in 2019. That determination coming from results of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists exam.
