Orchard Park, NY (WBEN) - Another well known property near the new Highmark Stadium is going on the market.
The "Bills Mafia House," a popular tailgate spot and short term rental on Fay Street that is situated right next to the old stadium and directly across the street from the new one, is being sold by owner Shane Prouty.
"We have met so many great people and made so many great friends along the way," Prouty wrote in a Facebook post. "However, the time has come for the one and only OG Bills Mafia House to become something bigger, something better, and live up to its true potential."
The listing advertises the property as one with great potential for development into a restaurant, hotel, or other space.
"With my career and my family in my crosshairs it just isn't in me to take it to the next level," Prouty wrote.
The property is listed for $699,900.
