New Orleans-based Premium Parking LCC now owns 80% of Allpro Parking LLC, in a deal effective September 1st. Business First says that will initiate a name change to Premium Parking of Buffalo LLC. There were no terms of the deal disclosed publicly.

The Rochester-based health insurer that operates in Western New York as Univera Healthcare received its 2022 ratings from the National Committee for Quality Assurance, including 4.5 stars out of 5 stars for the health insurer's Medicare HMO, and 4 stars for its Commercial coverage. Compared to last year, the insurer was the only Commercial NCQA-Accredited 4 Star plan in New York state to maintain a 4 Star rating.
