Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - The New York State Liquor Authority has opened a case against Jack Rabbit on Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo over noise complaints from the bar's neighbors. According to a Change.org petition, the Liquor Authority is considering pulling live music from the venue. The bar says they've invested "tens of thousands" of dollars into soundproofing the building and have adjusted their schedule. They say a change in the bar's music schedule would result in immediate layoffs of staff.
