M&T opens second Buffalo tech hub

M&T Bank cut the ribbon on a second tech hub yesterday. The new site is in the Lafayette Court building at 465 Main Street. M&T committed $24 million to the renovation of four floors. Business First reports building owner Ciminelli Real Estate spent an additional $10 million renovating other parts of the building.

Seven new merchants are opening their doors at Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls, USA.  The new stores are JCK Liquidations,  Gift Town, Stone Haven and Buffalo Baby.  All of these merchants are expected to open prior to July 2023 and are within the indoor portion of the center.  Two family attractions are set to open soon - Fun Animal Rides and Kid Zone.  Frozen D Lite will join the food court.  In addition, Elegant Fashion has relocated near Entrance 7.

Made For Good holds a ribbon cutting tomorrow at 3pm at 7 Warren Avenue in Kenmore near Delaware Avenue.  The shop features handmade items for sale created by local makers, artisans and crafters.
