Local gas prices have stayed exactly the same as a week ago, with the AAA reporting a gallon of unleaded in the Buffalo-Niagara Falls area costs $3.68. A year ago, motorists here paid $4.89 per gallon.

The building will include a production brewery, outdoor beer garden with a self-pour system. The plans go before the Clarence Town Board Wednesday.
