The SPCA Serving Erie County will be holding open interviews for positions in various departments today from 11am-5pm. Interviews will be conducted at the SPCA's 300 Harlem Rd location in West Seneca. Candidates will be interviewed for positions including vet techs and assistants, animal care employees, humane educators, animal admissions counselors and more.
Buffalo State has started a program to assist the hard hit restaurant industry. The Rise Up program is a five week camp that will train individuals in professional restaurant skills. The program runs from 6pm-9pm Monday through Wednesday. Only 16 individuals will be selected to participate.
Buffalo's Hyatt Regency Hotel is getting a new steakhouse. Bull + Buffalo hopes to open July 1st and will hire around sixty staff members. The restaurant will offer a wide range of entrees to choose from, including steaks, seafood and salads.
