
Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - The St. Lawrence Roman Catholic Church campus in Buffalo has been sold for $975,000 to a nonprofit that plans to turn the property into a school. The campus includes the church, a school building, a rectory and a convent. The property was originally listed at $500,000, but real estate agent Ayat Nieves told Business First that high demand drove up the cost. Nieves said churches are the "hot thing" in Buffalo and "everyone wants one."
The BFLO Store has signed a long-term lease agreement at the Walden Galleria and will move to an 8,600 sq. ft. space on the mall's first floor across from The LEGO Store. The B-F-L-O Store has been at the mall since 2016.

Gas went up a cent since last week in Buffalo. The average price this morning is $3.09 per gallon. Gas prices went up a cent across the state, too, at $3.11. AAA says if fighting continues in the Middle East then prices will continue to rise.
